Yes and he got stranded for a year as well.....

Couldn’t have been that big of a deal. Didn’t he still have a sizeable stash of Mackinlay whisky, which would have made him better off than I am at the moment.

If you could visit I still have a dozen or more single malts, not to mention the gin supply is very robust!

You may want to ration the gin, so you have something to wash down the quinine.

I use a lot of lime in my Gin so should be good on that account, and I have a secret lime supplier who keeps me well stocked.
