The Vincent Factory (Works) Records
What Do I Own? History of my Vincent. In 1959 Harpers Engineering purchased the remains of the Vincent Company and not long after that, gifted the Vincent H.R.D. Owners Club the original Vincent Factory Records documents for motorcycle production from 1928. These records cover just over 90 per cent of all Vincent Motorcycles made in Stevenage. Purchasing a Vincent Motorcycle
Vincents, like other classic motorcycle marques, suffer from re-stamped frames and engines. Most were done in the 1960s and 1970s when it was common practice when trying to keep an old vehicle on the road, but in the 21st century it presents a real problem – especially with machines of these values. Any Other Enquiry Related to Machines, Registrations and Engine/Frame Numbers
For any other queries not listed above that relate to Vincent/H.R.D. motorcycles, we will always do our best to help, and you can contact us by clicking HERE.

Never rely on Certificates of Authenticity or Dating Certificates issued years ago, nor information provided by sellers. You should always satisfy yourself that you know what you’re buying before you bid/buy. Always contact the Machine Registrar or Researcher before buying a Vincent. Always do your own due diligence.
