I am going to do what Big Ed and Chris said, Weld the wheels together,
And bore with a Magnetic drill, "Just my thoughts ",
If I happen to slip a bit from 102 .mm Stroke to 104 mm All the more Power for me ! .

How do you align the lower eye to bore it after boring the first eye?

I did it the easy way, found needle bearings that fitted the standard bore.

Thats the trick yes.

At first straiten the eyes, parralel and more or less in line.

Than fix on the jig.
Dead strait, in picture vertical.
Next jig in vise, and only one direction to set square.
Now I just go from center of old bore. And measure to the other hole.

2nd bore just turne arround.
And GodSpeed helps us all.
Trick is to do a little Prayer....
