Avo coil overs have different spring strengths for the types of riding you do and how much load you cary.
What happened to that suspension system that was always in the back of MPH? I can't recall the name.
If you let us know your weight when riding the twin and whether you carry a pillion passenger more often than not then I can let you know which spring strength you need. Chris Launders and I spent a lot of time earlier this year trying to work up a look up [able but we got very little feedback from other riders so the table could have been improved but was not. The standard spring is 275 lbs/inch and seems to suit most middle weight riders. Note that to get the best from the system the seat needs to be fully sprung. Note that the price has gone up from about £240 to nearer £300 recently.
