You can simply move the cursor over the name "Vincent Brake" just below his ID photo in his post. Some info will pop up like this:

Move your cursor down to the "Start conversation" box and click it. You should be OK from there.

Thanks the box didn’t appear though as it says I’m not a member, which I am , I have filled in the request about it in the e mail that came but it may take a little time

From joining the forum it takes some time for the membership status to appear as a member as it requires manual intervention by a moderator or admin. You now appear to be listed as a VOC member so you should be able to start private conversations with other members.
