Looked at wheel restoration cost recently and came to the conclusion to go down the line of nice safe new wheel build all the way stainless rims look nice painted and polished.
I am going with a set of all black rims black as the black bits in black pudding stainless spokes for the 52 touring Rapide, 19,18s.
