What helped was working from Home, workshops at rear so was there 7 days a week to help and see Children grow up, also the work was enjoyable too, Did have nice winter holidays abroad, I am still at home working/playing with bikes for long hours but that is also enjoyable. maybe now only 60 hours a week.

You can work as many hours as you like..........No one thanks you for it. As admirable it might seem, someone who works 7 days a week for years without a holiday........all you've done is dud yourself of any fun time you'll never get back.........words of experience.

Pulling wrenches in Haida Gwaii in the 80's we worked 10 hrs a day, some days 12 hrs, 7 days a week for 3 month shifts, no days off. You tell that to the kids nowadays and the don't believe a word of it.
