The ex vincent factory exhaust pipe jig is to this day is working well after many rebuilds. and Jack Furness still checks on it.

David,the pipes I look at that are supposed to come from the factory jig are not round in cross section, is this correct?

I would be surprised if that machine was German, certainly beats filling the tube with sand and bending it over your knee.

I do not know. the factory use to fill the pipe with sand and block the end with resine this helped to kept them round,

How about a video of the "ex vincent factory exhaust pipe jig" in action. Now that would be historical.
