Terms and Rules

[Vincent H.R.D. Owners Club]

We've been asked by our Moderators to remind everyone of section 3a of our forum Terms and Rules, which every user signed up to.

Please don't contribute posts that contravene these rules. When other forum members report posts to the moderators, they're obliged to review the post and remove it if appropriate. If you're a persistent offender, you will be warned, and as a last resort - banned. Clearly, the Club doesn't want to do this.

2. Membership
(a) Membership of the Forum shall be discretionary;
(b) Members of The Vincent H.R.D. Owners Club shall not have automatic entitlement to membership of this Forum.

We're sure you'll all agree that we don't want our forum to go down the same road of some other online forums - let's keep it a happy and social place that we all want to visit on a regular basis. Everyone likes a laugh and a joke, but please, please be sensible and don't test the boundaries.

3. Conduct
(a) Members of the Forum are required to conduct themselves in a civil manner;
(b) Members who are deemed to have conducted themselves in a way that is detrimental to the Objects and or the continued well being of the Forum may be excluded;
(c) Members are discouraged from engaging in Political, Nationalists or Religious commentary as these often lead to personal offence, and are not appropriate to the scope of this forum;
(d) Although the administrators and moderators of The Vincent H.R.D. Owners Club Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable material off this forum, it is impossible for us to review everything;
(e) The VOC Forum prohibits advertising, spam and/or solicitation within the body of individual forum posts. When reported by other forum members, or when we discover violations of this policy, we will take appropriate action up to and including banning your account. We may also edit your posts and/or profile signatures to remove offending content;
(f) The Vincent H.R.D. Owners Club reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason;
(g) By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
