H: Hubs, Wheels and Tyres Speedo drive gear

To get my drive off I simply used the "L" shaped end of two tyre levers pivoting on the hub bolt heads. To fit the new drive I used a large socket and a hammer. It all seemed to work OK.
I bought a puller from Toolstation and it came so easily I think that tyre levers would have worked OK.
Next thing is to get my new rim laced up. I'm assuming there is equal offset between hub and rim on the front wheel. Can anyone confirm that?

Both front and rear wheels are equal offset between hub and rim
