Right hand Gearbox is for a Series D and is obviously longer to clear the fairings.
The correct position of the drive for the cable is at the front or right hand when looking at the Brake plate.
Small drive gear ( Pic 2 ) can be " Plastic " , Nylon ( Magneto Drive ) , " Delrin " ( HPC Gears ) or Steel all at 12 D P.
