Caption reads “Chris Lipscombe".
That is Chris Lipscombe with the "Flomet." It was ridden by Tom Kerr for many years as tales of it racing appeared in MPH. Chris sold the bike to Tom years ago and Tom continued to race the bike in AHRMA. Tom retired from racing about 2017. At the time, the bike was for sale, but I think the Pandemic got in the way.
This photo was taken at Virginia International Raceway around 2011, I believe when we were both racing.
