In the February 2023 issue of Old Bike Mart, a gentleman wrote in asking if this Vincent was still about.
The only reference we have to the machine on the VOC machine database is an owner called B Cox in 1964 who lived in Fimere in Buckinghamshire UK.
We have nothing since and DVLA do not recognise the vehicle registration mark ELD 196.
Anyone know a B Cox or is the machine in bits under your work bench ?
