Yes you can buy one, I'm sure there are quite a few for sale.
Try having a look at auctions, the club spares shop, dealer adverts and private sales, it's certainly not a closed club.

Dealers have a lot of machines prices in my view are high and trends show prices are on the wain.
Ask for club members selling bikes.
