Hi,

Looking at the LIST18 - COMET COVER SCREW SET - CHEESE HEAD set listed on Vincent spares site here:

CRANKCASE 500 | Vincent Spares Portal

shop.vincentspares.co.uk shop.vincentspares.co.uk

The set includes these 5/16 and 1/4 nuts and spring washers, but I cannot see on the diagrams (primary and timing) where they are for?
  • 147SS 5/16 Spring washer 2off
  • 590SS Spring Washer 4off
  • PR50X-152 5/16 BSW NUT (SS) 2off
  • PR50-63XSS 1/4 BSW NUT 4off
Any ideas?

OK got it, PR are for gearbox now - thanks am learning!

But spring washers? Actually mine didnt have any washers under the nuts and the ones listed in the Burman 1 diagram on Vincentspares are not described as spring washers explicitly - and the diagram shows them as plain washers. Ah well!
