My 19 inch rim has the VR stamp.

Alas my 20 inch rim has no stamp so I will just have to toss it out.

So my conclusion is that Yes, It is a VR Vincent Rear WM2-19 and was used on the front for the touring bikes with 19 and 18 rims, without any differentiating between the rear and slightly narrower front hubs, minutely changing the spoke angle.
