Hi, Can anyone help me by providing the exhaust port angles (at the thread) on a C head relative to some useful reference plane such as fore and aft through the middle of the cylinder face, please?

It would be useful to know for building an Exhaust Thread Repair Jig...

Hugh McAllister built such a jig by using several of my spare cylinder heads to get an average fit. It is a work of art and unless you really want to build your own then it might be worth while talking to Hugh. It is designed to allow the head to be bored out to take a bronze insert, rather than welding the head.
