I've found that to start a cold engine first thing in the morning, I use my old Kerosine blow lamp on the heads for a couple of minuits......works a treat.

Ever since they took al the lead out of petrol, I've looked for a way to get lead back into my engine. Presumably a twin plugged head with a 12 bore chamber on a 14mm thread will do.I've updated my Comet to use this system, much easier.
