I've found that to start a cold engine first thing in the morning, I use my old Kerosine blow lamp on the heads for a couple of minuits......works a treat.

The Godet Eglis are built with an Alton, Grosset starter, and I assume the Grosset ignition.

I use two of the systems supplied by Mistral and I cannot fault them. Great service, happy to take a second hand unit and completely refurb it. Bikes usually start 1st or 2nd kick.. Why did I say that? Why?

Ever since they took al the lead out of petrol, I've looked for a way to get lead back into my engine. Presumably a twin plugged head with a 12 bore chamber on a 14mm thread will do.
Buy some teril eythile lead . its not illegal, only selling it combined with petrol is -go figure
