Breathers, can anyone help.

The motor in my bike is also just rebuilt and rebored with considerable care.
It looks like the original breather can work well if set up properly.

One issue might be that the twin is displacing twice the volume of air than a comet.

Should it have a duckbill aswell or is the timed breather larger?

I need more info Vibrac, I think you sell Them, But I won't tell anybody !! John, Super bike, Just pick one type of breather, If your motor is fast it needs a Big breather, Cheers Bill.

I suggest you start off with ONLY a correctly set up timed breather. Forget the other stuff till after then - you may find all the others are not required.

I had the opportunity to store the Burns & Wright Lightning for a while. Close viewing showed nothing but the standard timed breather pipe.
I asked Russell about it and his reply was that it was never a problem just need good ring sealing.
