Indeed I did, congratulations! I'm just about to book on the Belgium part of the Rally, as I'm supposed to be working during the Austrian phase....if things change I'll be in Austria as would much prefer the Alps. There have been some developments over the winter; the Comet went off to France, where Herve Hamon is fitting his starter kit, plus renewing the piston, which had been 'nipped' up in it's previous life. Meanwhile, I found a Shadow at a reasonable price, sold 3 of my classic mini Cooper's, and bought it. Then a Steib popped up on eBay, so I had a whip round and bought it too! It needs a refurb, but probably not quite as much work as yours Are you carrying out the work yourself, as it would be useful to swap info? The Shadow needs adapting and a light re-commision inc an Alton, plus the bits done for compatibility with a sidecar...hope to have it done for Spring......looking forward to the summer.
