The Marshalling Yard viewed from rear of Quarter Bridge pub on the Isle of Man in 2007, shortly before the closed roads Parade Lap.

Are you in the photograph?

I most certainly am but no idea where. I was a group marshal along with Tim Kirker, Group 4 if I remember correctly. and riding my "D" Shadow..I have a few very distinct memorys of that ride. I had a bike computer fitted and at the end had averaged about 70mph, I thought I had really been "flying" until John Mc Guinnes averaged some where around 130..mph for a race
I also managed to take Balugh Bridge almost straight and took off, fortunately landing straight and nearly had kittens half a mile up the road when I realised what I' done. . Sulby straight became narrower and bumpier the faster you went until such time as your eyballs were rotating in their sockets! One of my all time great rides

Yes, red, black and grey jacket with my back to the camera. My head is near the front window of the red van that is in the background.
