To be honest Bill think twice
I thought I had a good TT with a well fitting slide on the Racer but it was only when I got a new TT I realised just how imperceptibly worn that alloy gets in all sorts of places the new one provided a crisp action
I have to use a TT because the class cut off is 1949 but I think the design is still good, lots of replacements were made to new carbs just because the TT's were clapped not because the new ones were that much better design
There are new bodys available now (but not float chambers) go on treat yourself...
