Go measure a brake hub because all the major external dimensions have to be the same, then just join the dots. well that what I did. Look out for a hell of a lot of swarfe from the alloy blank!

With no backing plate, the cover for the wheel bearing would be a factor also for the adapter and the sprocket ID.

with the amount of machining involved then I think your advice is the least of their problems ... haha, Sorry Bruce, that just came to mind...

Alloy thingy of my own design because I didn’t know D’s used one. For the rest of the dimensions, I just took them off a drum and sprocket. You want the thingy to be large enough in diameter so you can remove the bearing at a later to repack it without disturbing the sprocket carrier.

Don't know if they have changed it , But mine was a nice alloy one like Cyborg's.
