I had my renewal from Tag-Direct Insurance. We have been with them for the last year.They were recommended in MPH as covering motorcycles over 125cc.

Before I parted with the money I e mailed to check we were definitely covered.Just had the reply and we have not been covered at all.:mad:
Good job we never had any problems.

Who are others using?

Hi Tracey. I always use Carol Nash travel insurance. At least they can't say that they didn't know that I would be riding a motorbike.

I went with Carole Nash.
Full annual cover for 2 of us, including replacement of luggage, helmets etc,£100.
Biking abroad is not doing my bank balance any favours.:)

Hello all European travellers

I too have travel insurance by TAG Direct and mine runs out mid August. I contacted them to discover that they have changed the motorcycle size to a maximum of 125cc this year, confirming Tracey's experience.

A very helpful lady at TAG told me that H-C Travel do a policy which does cover unlimited size and appears to be very similar to the old TAG wording.

I will be trying them when mine comes up for renewal.
