Is it possible to purchase 570 nuts in steel, not stainless steel, and preferably unplated.

Available here https://www.classicfasteners.com.au/half-nut-1/ , described as half nuts and a mere AU$1-38 each but zinc plated. If they are not thin enough a bit of lathe or grinder work should fix that. Biggest prob is getting them from Oz to the UK thru the covid constraints
