H: Hubs, Wheels and Tyres Speedo Gear Box

The Speedo Gear (attached to the front wheel) on my 1948 Rapide has collapsed.... - unfortunately, this seems to be out of stock within the VSC (PR32)... - does anybody know about somebody able to get this repaired with a new internal gearing? Or another source, where to get it? Many thanks, Ray
