I don't think any Vincents showed up, but I ran across a Rudge. It ran the short course twice each day and got up to 88.251 MPH. I think it was a German entry.
It looks like a 1939 Ulster as they had alloy heads. I guess the standard looking handlebars and footrests would not help the aerodynamics, so probably a respectable speed.
