Looks like a riders rally, and the walled courtyard of stately home Rousham House? Late 70's/early 80's.
I have a couple of pics from 80 or 81.

Gosh, lots of memories of Riders Rallies at Rousham House . The owners always had a plant stall at the far end of the courtyard where, as a kid, I always ended up with a cactus or something similar. At the other end of the courtyard was a steep set of steps leading to a tiny room where they set a bar up - which was much needed because it always seemed to be scorching hot at that rally!
