All you need is a 4" angle grinder with a cut-off wheel ,a scrap peice of stainless car exhaust (polishes up lovely) and the desire to "get it right" and a friend who just happens to be a coded welder. As all these bikes are one off you can only make what works for yourself, no ammount of money will help!

Where would this SS car exhaust piece go for helping with cable routing?

Bruce, the peice of exhaust is to fabricate a carb mount so you can position it where it fits better.

I was visualizing car exhaust that would be too big. I guess a bit of updraft wouldn't hurt.

The peice of s s chosen was 32 mm inside-the same as the carbs, no updraught, it sits horizontal but a bit lower overall.
