Leaky primary chain adjuster PD11

Can I remove PD11 to seal it without loosing PD 12 in the chain case. Or do I have to remove T5/3 primary drive cover to do this?

If you were very, very lucky you might once in a blue moon not loose it......... chances are it will drop down. You'll have to pull the clutch out to get at it. If your bike hasn't had the primary opened in 10K or more miles you may as well plan on doing a bit of maintenance on everything else inside the primary cover. Why not back PD11 out a bit and put some #2 Permatex on the threads?

Back off the nut and stretch over the nut a very thin profiled "O" ring and do the nut up again. Worked on mine.
