Where Are You Now? Invoice

Bit of a long shot, I have this invoice for the deposit on a vincent comet if anyone can recognise their bike from this they are welcome to have it.

Name on the invoice is Tivnan and a D.Tivnan owned a Comet in Sheffield in 1951 with registration NWB 255. The bike has survived but unfortunatly the trail has gone cold and I don't know who currently ownes it so does anybody know the current location of NWB 255 ?

Did Frank have a brother named Ray ?? I worked with Ray Roper who was always telling me stories of him and his brother racing Vincents. I don't recall his brothers' name so I'm wondering if this Frank is the missing link.
