I forgot about that little hiccup. But for those days that the forum was back to normal, I averaged the numbers: conversations: 10.12 posts: 44.68 reactions: 52.6 users: 159.88 Now these numbers are in a vacuum really as they are not compared to anything. The real telling would be how do they compare to other niche forums on this platform? Are we above or below XenForo's other customers? Most telling would be how do these numbers compare to the forum that shall remain nameless? Of course you would have to adjust for the fact that which shall remain nameless is only open to club members. But even given that I would be willing to bet these averages are higher. Which should be enough justification to concentrate on this forum. Personally I think the inclusion of non-VOC members on this forum is a bonus and the other approach is actually shooting oneself in the foot. Just because there are individuals who do not belong to the VOC does not mean their opinions, experiences, and knowledge of Vincents are not valuable. Yes, there are areas on this forum non-VOC cannot access, but perhaps either curiosity or interaction with the VOC will entice them to join and again access. As opposed to we're not going to let you see anything or talk to you till you join and what you have to offer is of no interest. Just my opinion. Okay small rant over. But before the stone throwing begins..... Well done Graham. Thank you for keeping this going, it is appreciated. Steven
