Hi All, I have some used cams to part with, but trying to get a measure as to how worn they are.. I have failed to find any reference to the lobe height of standard MK1 cams, any help please

0.290" TO 0.295" on the inlet lobe generally.......giving about 0.340" at the valve due to the ratio in the cam follower.
