This repair firm is featured in the March edition of Classic Bike. They specialise in old bikes (and I must say) they seem to be able to repair practically anything. I have used them for years for all sorts of things and cannot recommend them highly enough. I will repeat that, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. If you are anywhere near Dover, Kent, with a problem give them a try.
