HB: Handlebars rev counter cable

Wow, that is a lot of expensive gear to mount on the front axle! Sorry, I thought you were mounting it on the suspended portion.

the revcounter is working,but the cable is on the inside and touching the headlamp.is it possibble to turn the Instrument upside down and use an other clockface?the pointer could then be positioned in the right place.

i have the bracket for the black shadow speedometer and a three Inch revcounter.with the speedo no Problem.but how does the rev Counter cable finds ist perfekt way from the gearbox on the Timing cover to the Instrument?best regards Erik
In 1967 I fitted a 5 inch rev-counter and the cable takes a gentle sweep up to the head which in the attached photo can be seen behind the headlamp and to the right of the standard speedometer. Hope this helps

hallo Pepe!on my Vincent lifes a5inch Instrument and this is why the angle of the instruments is different to yours.your Instrument is really flat mounted ,mine more upright.regards Erik

Erik, look carefully and you will see the 5" rev counter and its' cable.
