Most powder coatings have a particle size in the range of 2 to 50 μ (Microns), a softening temperature Tg around 80 °C, a melting temperature around 150 °C, and are cured at around 200 °C. for minimum 10 minutes to 15 minutes (exact temperatures and times may depend on the thickness of the item being coated). Soft solder 'flow' around 220C so the answer is a resounding YES!
Hard solder - commonely called Silver Solder and applied with a blow torch flows arounf 450C so it should be OK

I thought I educated you lot about motorcycle parts and powder coating...............
I have just been and asked the local powder coaters who have done work for me in the past. Different types of powder need different temperature but typically 180 to 210 degrees C. They tell me that in the past people have taken milk churns in there for powder coating and they have ended up with five separate pieces. Be warned!!
Will powder coating survive the head and barrel temps
Yes, I've often known it done on BSAs, Triumphs, Nortons and HDs without any problems.
