H: Hubs, Wheels and Tyres Front stays FT137 - FT136

Bought a Comet last year during a Vincent rally.
Am doing now also a rebuild of the front.
The front stays are identical. This is my only Vincent so I cannot determine are they the long ones (FT137) or the short ones (FT136)?
Could not find in any book how long the two must be.
Who can help me out?

Am going to the Stafford Show next weekend. So while in the UK, trying to fill the van with old metal!

Overall? This is what I've got...

Total tube length measured with a tape measure, but assume the FT 137 is one inch longer than the FT 136

Another way of identifying them is the front stay FT137 should have the ends formed so the long flat side is to the outside where as the rear stay FT136 has the ends formed so the long flat side is to the inside. This is assuming the stays are made correctly.
