H: Hubs, Wheels and Tyres Comet rear tyre

I have an old square style Avon 3.50 -19 and am looking for a more modern tyre, can anyone recommend a particular tyre and/or supplier.

I must admit I'm confused by the new metric tyre sizes and whcih will suit the rim.

Avon Roadrider 100/90 x 19. I have them front and rear on my Rapide.
