C: Clutch C19 clutch thrust washer thickness

Can I ask how to choose the correct thickness washer for my 1951 Rapide? Read the books, and its only seeing the various sizes in Spares Club that makes me wonder.

This is to adjust C20 so it is free to rotate when tightened but with minimal axial play of the carrier and its bush. So it's trial and error to get the right size. It might take more than one washer to get it right.
