Sealey Motorcycle Ramps

I bought myself a Sealey hydra-electric ramp from the national motorcycle museum few months ago.
Thing has packed up completely hit the button nothing up nothing down.
Very annoying.
Reported fault to both sealey and national motorbike museum not getting very far.
Doe s anyone have any experience with these ramps I have checked all the usual?
Have they a rep for just packing up?

It is clearly an electrical fault or a motor failure.

Hi Al,
Open up the main casing and see if the motor operates when you manually press the main contactor. If it does you probably have a loose connection on the control side or most probably the little £10 relay from the push buttons to the contactor is US.

Thanks Sir,
It is in the hands of sealey I will test the components at some stage this week.
Had thought the weak link was the little coil/relay shown on wiring diagram between the remote hand control and the pump.
The main power breaker looks to be okay.
I have turned it on and off several times lol............
