Does anyone in the Clacton-on-Sea area of Essex know the owner of this machine.
His first name is Andrew, not a VOC member, and I'd like him to get in touch with me, as I have an owner from 50yrs ago that wishes to be in contact with him.

I would also like to contact the new owner if possible. My dad owned this bike in the early 50's but couldn't remember the reg. He died a few weeks ago aged 94 and we found an old photo of him on 'the Shad'. I'd love to find out more about what happened to his beloved bike after he had to part with it when my brother was born.

sorry to hear that your father passed away recently.
We know this machine is about but cannot confirm who owns it at present, which is a shame.
Your father would be Howard Garner then, that owned it in 1951?

In the email can you include a scan of the photo if possible and also tell me where the photo was taken.
