So, I am allowed to "listen" to the BBC on their radio (wireless") but not their Television (in Australia). How do I give a combined thumbs up and thumbs down?

I'm told Expat Shield works--haven't tried it myself, but I subscribe to a couple of mailing lists whose members regularly use it to watch BBC videos.
