I sent an email last week followed up by an order at the weekend and another email and haven't heard jack???

With the greatest respect please read the advert stating that they have recently moved, and that there is a change of email, and also contact numbers.

It maybe that you sent the email to their old address, so it will have dissapeared in the ether.

If Russell and Debbie do not respond in a couple of days, let me know by PM, and I'll contact them for you, and ask them to contact you directly.

Ahh, so that's it! I emailed through my address book, Doesn't explain why the emails don't come back and the order was placed through the web site so they may be experincing problems with that and losing custom??
Maybe its worth them having message forwarding from old emails and double checking that their ordering system is still working so you might want to contact them and mention my issues.
Meanwhile, when I re order I've probably missed the september sale...
