Hi Guys,
I need more advice please, I am just about to make a new set of oversized valve guides for my twin, but am unsure how much interference to give them, does any one know what the original spec was or what works well.

.0015" and this message is too short !

.0015 would be plenty. Working on rule of thumb, .001 per inch of diameter, I would think that .001 would certainly suffice.
