Tyre Changing Technique

If I remember, I'll try this when I put a new rear tire on my Rap this Spring. It might even work on removing the tire. How will I do my usual and pinch the tube though?

I reckon if you inflated the tyre to 10 psi and fed the valve through the hole first, it might work. Have you seen the video where a guy uses a bin liner to do the job? I need to change my rear tyre soon so may give this a try...
