Is that the factory garden? it looks the same as the one on the dust cover of 50 years of the marque and a view in the book

Don't know if it's my imagination, but all the bikes look like their tanks are chrome plated and no "D" pin striping around the HRD logo. Is it just me........?

I thought so too, but then wondered if it happened to be a good reflection off the paint???

The tanks look different than the black valanced fenders and I don't see any lining or painted sections, so it's not just your imagination.

I am always surprised no-one (in America?) has not done a gold tank with black lines with reversed black transfers perhaps with a white paint job...
There is always someone out there who likes to upset the purists (Choppers et al)
Now I suppose somebody will put up a picture of one:eek:
