Tool tray retaining clip spring

I have finally acquired an under seat tool tray for my Comet only to find that there is a clip/spring needed to stop it coming loose during riding are these available

The "clip" is part of the tray and presses into a slight depression in the back of the tool tray..If you examine the piece which is affixed to the underside of the seat you may very well find the remnants of one.. You can simply affix a locking mechanism to the side of the tool tray..
