Technical Download Section.

I uploaded the Lucas Horn manual ,and I see 13 folks have already downloaded it , I think there might be a need for a Technical Download section in the download area of the forum.To be able to store this type of information
for more than a couple of month.
Is there any interest in setting this up and contributing files to it.
