B Rapide, belongs to a well known Vincent lad in the UK whose name escapes me at the moment. I'll remember it at 3 in the morning and give you a call!

A quick look through The List. Brian Hill??

He, on that bike which he built himelf, used to regularly attend the North Kent get togethers but I have not seen the bike for a few years.

I have seen this bike a few times, but only photographs, never in the flesh, I absolutely love it, but it raises so many questions, I would imagine the guy that built it desperately wanted an A Rapide, but could not lay his hands on one, or could not afford one.
Does the exterior oil pump serve any useful function other than cosmetic? do the front fork spring boxes serve a function, I would imagine they do, otherwise why fit them, it looks like the forks might also have a Woodhead Munroe fitted, a beautiful, but very different machine.
