Special Pushrod Tube Nuts

http://thekneeslider.com/ has a pic of a Vin motor that has special pipes and the hex type pushrod tube nuts seen on some Lightnings and Flashes. I'll see if they can tell me more about it.

I guess they let you lift the head without having to push the tubes down. Cool for a basketcase, but I'm happy with my standard setup. I think I have only seen them (photos) from the factory on Gunga Din and some Flashes, is that correct?

Got a set on one of my motors dont see a lot of advantage over standard if you have some good crankcase/pushrod seals at bottom of standard tubes
